Job Description:
Estimate value of homes taking into account location, current market, house size, etc. and prepare assessment reports for appropriate parties (i.e. homeowners, realtors, banks, etc.).

Salary Range: $30,000 - $60,000 (dependent on economy and volume of assessments)
Qualifications include enrollment in the Appraisal Institute of Canada courses offered through the University of British Columbia. www.aicanada.ca
